1493 English Legal Document - Do you know where Christopher Columbus was when this was written?!

This truly unique document was drafted in 1493 while Columbus was sailing on his voyage, and signed on the last day of February in the eigth year of the reign of Henry VII, which began in 1485.

This document is handwritten in Latin on parchment. It is small of size, 2 1/4" X 15" with writing on both sides. It is mounted inside heavy plexiglas for easy viewing and protection. The document, with the original ribbon and seal is attached. It is matted with a rich gold inner mat and a beige faux marble outer mat.

It is a bond of arbitration of Robert Abel of Mulbarton (a village south of Norwich) with John Moor of Bracon Ash (also near Norwich) for 20 pounds, over the will of William Moor. It carries Abel's seal. For Counsel purchased this from a London lawyer who said he had it translated and then framed by a London antique dealer. We think it is museum quality. Can be wall mounted or can stand alone.
