The company was incorporated in New York in 1893. The share was issued to Mortimer Bishop and was endorsed in blank by his estate in 1943 and cancelled.

The certificate is in excellent condition. We are not aware of whether the company is still in business or whether there is a successor company. Would look good framed or would be the perfect gift. Size is 7" X 11".
