This wonderful vintage advertisement from the January 1908 Woman's World magazine puts modern day pitchmen to shame. It is ready for framing and hanging in your doctor's office or den. The ad features Dr. James W. Kidd of Fort Wayne, Indiana holding a box labeled "Free Treatment" and gesturing upwards toward the words: "ARE YOU SICK?" "I WILL HELP YOU." The text goes to great length to assure the reader of Dr. Kidd's honesty and integrity.

It offers "A Free Treatment for All Who Ask." Curing Rheumatism, Cataracts, Impure Blood, Partial Paralysis, and Piles are just a sampling of the magic that he offers. And, he offers to send proof. "On your gratitude and honesty I base my hope of reward".
