Honoring Thurgood Marshall - Special Cover Honoring Thurgood Marshall

This cover was postmarked January 7, 2003, the date the stamp honoring Marshall was first used. Also on the cover is a 3 cent stamp from 1950 which was issued to commemorate the creation of the capitol in Washington DC in 1800. We have mounted this special cover in a hard plastic mount for easy viewing and preservation.
