Unframed Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation - The Emancipation Proclamation 1862

Lincoln's famed proclamation issued in Sept. 22, 1862 that "all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free".
